When you return an item using the online-generated mailing label, you can track your package by going to your Return Request email and click the "Track My Return" link. If you create a return label by entering your address, please enter the tracking number at http://tracking.newgistics.com to see its progress.
The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to show on the carrier’s site. Please allow for processing, which can take up to 24 hours, before testing your tracking number.
If you provided your email address, an automated email will be sent once your return is processed.
