When you return an item using our return label you can go back through the portal https://returns.narvar.com/prana/returns and enter your order number and zip code. You will be able to track your return through the link above.
The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to show on the carrier’s site. Please allow for processing, which can take up to 24 hours, before testing your tracking number.
