How long does it take to process my return?

Returns are processed within 10-15 business days of delivery (not including transit time for the item to arrive at prAna). Refunds may take up to an additional 5 business days to post on your account. Final credit to your account depends on the policies of the bank or institution of the card or account used.

• For merchandise returned within 60 days of the ship date with the original retail receipt or online packing slip, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
• For all returns without the original receipt or packing slip, a merchandise credit will be issued at the lowest selling price.
• Your return will be processed within approximately 10-15 business days of being received.

Refunds will only be issued with proof of purchase from prAna.com California state law requires that all garments returned for repair or exchange must be laundered. If the item has been worn, kindly wash it before you return it.

Using the mailing label provided online will help us track and expedite your return. If you choose to use your own shipping method, prAna cannot guarantee arrival or receipt of the return. If you decide to use your own return shipping method please save your tracking number until the return process is completed. Note that $8.00 is deducted for shipping and handling costs or return using our mailing label.
