For a defective item that was not purchased through prAna, we highly recommend contacting the retailer from which the items were purchased from. If the retailer is unable to accept the defective product, please follow the instructions below.
Our exchange process involves two separate transactions. First, simply return the item(s) you want to exchange. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and we will email you a prAna merchandise credit for the amount paid. Items returned without a proof of purchase will be refunded onto a prAna merchandise credit at the last sales price.
To return an item(s) back to prAna:
- Fill out a return form noting what you are returning and the reason for your return. (click here to print a return form)
- Pack the item(s) and the return form and seal securely.
- Drop your return in any US Mailbox, hand to your carrier, or take to the local post office.
Please Note: Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after being received.
